HB 71 passed through the house with a 54 "yeas" and 17 "nays." Can I get a "whoop whoop?!"
The next challenge is to get it passed in the senate. This is where you come in! We need to let our senators know that this is important enough to be passed into law. Email them, call them, visit them at their houses!

love what your doin, you have GreenNicotine's full support in changing the habits of as many smokers as posible. e-cigs exempt from this bill and are a great alternate to smoking, the house commitee said so on the floor today.

ReplyDeletesome would say that they are a great alternative to smoking, but the truth is... cancer is still cancer, and death is still death. carcinogens are found in e-cigs just as they are found in tobacco products. there may not be AS MANY, but they are there. nicotine ALONE causes death and disease. one small drop injected directly into the blood stream will kill you in 7 seconds. e-cigs are a way for kids to get nicotine with little to no effort. thats part of the plan though, isnt it?
